1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of streetprimer.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable.
3. What you are buying
A free tier and two one-time purchases are offered: Section 2 Drill and Full Access, at the prices shown on the pricing page. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is taken by Stripe. A purchase grants a single person lifetime access to the tier bought, including future updates to that tier, for as long as the Service operates.
4. Refunds
A full refund on request within 7 days of purchase, no reason required, one refund per customer. This applies to the Section 2 Drill, to Full Access and to an upgrade. Email us from the address on your receipt and the refund goes back to the original payment method. After 7 days, purchases are final.
Access revocation is resolved per refunded charge from its price ID: if an upgrade is refunded, access drops to Section 2 Drill; if a base purchase is refunded while a live upgrade exists, all paid access is revoked and the event is logged.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, or publish your account or the paid content.
- Do not scrape, bulk-copy, or redistribute our items, solutions, or guides.
- Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or to help anyone breach exam-day rules.
6. Intellectual property
All items, worked solutions, written content, branding, and code are owned byStreetPrimer.com and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them to study. SIE is a trademark of its owner.
7. No affiliation
StreetPrimer is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FINRA. Every item here is original,written to the published content outline; we do not have access to live or retired exam content.
8. No guarantee of outcome
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using it will result in passing the SIE or in any particular score. Our practice results report a raw percentage and per-domain counts; the real SIE score may differ.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 5. You may close your account at any time from your profile, or by emailing us; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.
11. Governing law
The Service is operated by StreetPrimer.com, registered at 1603 Capitol Ave, Ste 413 E460, Cheyenne, WY 82001. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the Service, are governed by the laws of Wyoming, and the courts located there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to registered users by email before they take effect; continued use afterwards is acceptance.
